anyway i found 2 minute two minutes are very few, it's a steal.

When I'm constantly being asked for a refund when I have already gave the refund that's when I become frustrated. Again I have the screenshot to prove refund was sent.

With regards to prices - I will negotiate my prices with people depending on what is wanted. Some may agree it's worth it and others may not. Let's be honest, in this game there is always going to be someone bad mouthing or criticising. All you have to do is ask me, many people will tell you that I am very polite, reasonable and give nothing but respect. Please don't judge on other people's opinions.
