I wanted to share my actual collection of gloves, mainly opera gloves from different materials and colors. Here is the complete collection and then the gloves worn to see how they fit the hand :





From Left to Right:

1 - Faux Leather Brown suede opera gloves



2 - Grey opera velvet gloves



3 - White opera satin gloves



4 - Leather opera gloves (from LesDebutantes, they were with fabric lining but I removed it, they feel much better unlined)



5- Opera length 60 cm spandex gloves ( stretchy, they fit the hand perfectly and are also very soft ^^)



6- Opera length velvet gloves



7- White ivory opera satin gloves (first pair in my collection ^^)



8- White vintage over the elbow cotton gloves(amazing feeling and quality with the wrist buttons)



9- Black over the elbow cotton gloves (best feeling for sleeping)



10- Pink over the elbow silk gloves (second best ones for sleeping )



11- Japanese UV long gloves (63cm and stretchy, almost reach the shoulder, also great feeling for sleeping)



12- Opera black satin gloves



13- Short wrist silk gloves



14- Winter touchscreen gloves



15- I forgot my winter wrist leather gloves

What an awesome collection and also very well photographed.

It must be great wearing Satin gloves to sleep , they look so comfy , flexible and easy to put on - off , almost nothing in your bed can damage them. mine , I have to be careful not to touch my oily face at night and never to touch those edges of the cabinet or wall

Have you ever wash your Satin gloves ? if yes , how often ?

My fav from this collection must be the Les Debutantes one


Nope it won't stop here , you have at least 50 more pairs waiting (and waving) for you , trust me

I know the trouble with damaging the gloves while sleeping. Actually it is not very visible in the pictures but my opera cotton gloves are a little damaged, I think one night I touched the edge of the bed.

I washed my white satin gloves twice and my cotton gloves once, but carefully by hand.
I also washed my vintage white gloves when I bought them. They are old and had a little smell. I kept them in the sun. Now they are very soft and the smell is gone.

There is no way I'd notice that the white pair is actually Vintage , you took cake of them well , now they look like new after being washed

You're good collector man , treat them well and they will treat you even better.

My gloves collection has expanded and I wanted to update this post.
These are the current gloves i use. Materials vary between leather, satin, cotton, silk, velvet, suede and wool

Since my girlfriend and I wear different sizes, i got her her own collection too.
I envy hers because, I can find a lot of vintage leather gloves in her size

So there are mainly unlined vintage leather, some silk lined vintage pairs, suede, velvet and satin pairs.
