k2s premium, shady?
As some might now k2s has tons of good pr0n uploaded to it but I haven't found a way to buy and redeem a code 'the normal way'.
Has anyone here bought a premium for this DL server, if so - where did you get it? I'm interested in a non-recurring key.
All links I've tried are shady as hell, no Paypal etc. etc. and are registered in far east of the world.

Re: k2s premium, shady?
I've encountered the leaked credit card issue twice on that site. Never subbing there again.

Re: k2s premium, shady?
I wasn't planning on using a credit card anyways. Just a single 30 day code.
If it's so shady, it makes me wonder why most of the 'good stuff' is getting uploaded there or on rapidgator/filejoker.

Just because those sites are popular, that doesn't mean they're safe to use. Even though there are no "legit" options left, the demand for filesharing is so deeply baked into online culture that people are willing to take risks. Many years ago governments drove many file sharing sites out of business and arrested a lot of people. Now most of the surviving sites are hosted in countries unwilling to submit to western copyright laws, and they're often closely tied to the dark web.

Re: k2s premium, shady?
There's the perfectly good alternative of Mega.co.nz, though. Why isn't that the most popular filesharing site? Because of limited availability? Trepidation due to what happened to Megaupload?devdas5z1 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 29, 2019 11:16 pmJust because those sites are popular, that doesn't mean they're safe to use. I think Mega doesn't fly under the radar anymore after the last shutdown where K2S doesn't seem to give a damn about what's gettibg upload since they host all the stuff in borderline 2/3rd world countries anyways.

Virtual Credit Cards are great to protect you from CC fraud. That's all I use now.

Re: k2s premium, shady?
I can vouch for the virtual credit cards.
It is quite a simple yet effective premise. Essentially you link your real debit or credit card with the provider and they in turn allow you to create virtual prepaid credit cards, in which you control the specific value loaded into the card for transactions.
Usage cases vary: examples include: Say I don't have a data plan and accidentally use data, my mobile network provider would then charge my account for this using my account details to auto-pay. This service lets you cap spending for your virtual cc, so that wouldn't happen. You simply load and spend what you have.
This is also good if your bank charges "International" fees for when you buy something online in a foreign currency with your debit/ credit card card. Like Amazon JP or a Japanese Yahoo auction
I use it for porn subscriptions, as any DRM protected videos that I leak are linked to fake user profiles with disposable virtual credit card details paying to the subscription. Making me much harder to track
Each virtual credit card had randomly generated numbers and cvc's, so they are not traceable to your original account and there are no overdraft facilities. Therefore, once the cards balance has been depleted, or not reloaded, K2S for example can't withdraw anymore funds. You can also delete the card after the transaction (once finds have been processed and cleared).
I personally use a service called privacy:
https://privacy.com
I found out about it through an ad on a Linus tech tips video. While it was a sponsored video, with targeted product placement, I've been happy with the service so far.
They support my credit card (which is VISA, issued by a Carribbean bank) and I know they support most major US banks too.
Your mileage may vary on credit card support and associated transaction fees, so best to check with them and your bank before diving in head first, to be sure. Since I no longer live in the UK I'm not really sure about support for both the UK and by extension Europe.
Perhaps other members can chime in with reputable providers for the rest of the world.
Hope that helps
