Tondeo hairdressers gloves
Some interesting looking hairdresser's gloves - anyone any experience of these? I've seen this brand occasionally on Rakuten (Japanese e-shopping front) but till now I've never seen them listed in Western supply circles:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/183916907062
According to the packet they're made in Austria, which would suggest a Semperit product - like the Matador dark brown hairdresser glove, which I used to adore, but which now has a nasty synthetic coating on the inside (which ruins the smoothness). Alas in recent years the Matador glove has also somehow also lost its suppleness, maybe made thicker and more chlorinated outside so as to provide greater chemical resistance? Another brand I should have bought a few boxes of back in the nineties, had I only known.
Tondeo seem to sell a glove that looks remarkably like the Matador - maybe they just have 'em made and branded differently. But these particular Tondeo gloves look more like "golden" surgical gloves - and I really hope they won't have any inner coating, just lovely smooth rubber inside if I'm lucky! #
I will of course report back when they arrive...

Purchased for 7€ or so. Original price 12€, not bad.

Re: What are you waiting for in the mail?
Just got about 10 pairs of biofuels in the mail. Size 7 green didn’t know my actual size yet but have narrowed it down to 6.5 I think. 6 to tight for comfortable fit and 7 too big for skin tight feels. Next will try 6.5 when I can.
Also waiting on size 7 brown biogel surgical.
I love me the classic latex gloves and nitrile gloves but that feeling of biofuels is in matched.
