Elbow length medical gloves?

I saw this in a glovemansion video and instantly wanted some, but are apparently hard to find from all my searching....

Does anyone have suggestions of places i could purchase? online would be best....

These are pretty good but I'm having a hard time getting anymore, the manufacturer used to sell direct but not anymore, a case cost £600 which is a bit much.
