My wife and I attended a couple of nice events last December where she was going to be gloved and I decided to splurge and get her a pair of Cornelia James satin gloves. If you're not familiar with this brand, they the official glovemaker for the royal family and have also been a supplier for heavily-gloved shows such as Downton Abbey, The Crown, and Bridgerton. I've always like brands such as Finale and Dents as they are well made and look nice, but I really liked the idea of them being custom made to fit her. I was able to get some a discount, but the price was $185 USD - far more than the typical $25-$35 I've paid. They definitely had a level-up look than her other gloves, although the durability wasn't much better. But it was fun having her open the box with them in along with a signed note from the glovemaker that made them for her.
