how about exam latex gloves, any good recommendation for the smooth exterior? Most I tried are textured now and without lub or flipping over cna hurt :P

Since we're in the same region (and country?) try chlorinated latex gloves! They are not only less textured but are also don't have the terrible smell after use! Still recommended to use lube tho. The only non textured glove I can think of are surgical undergloves. Those can be bought on Taobao for a couple of rmb each
