I've lost my password due to a longer inactivity here (shame on me

It's not possible to resend it, because the email I was registered with is not in use any more.
But it seems that my new email is already in use.
How ro proceed? Can you help?

Also give the defunct e-mail address, and approx dates of signup & absence. Just making sure you ain't the angry GF or something, we had that actually happen.
