Re: Story triptych: La Mireia
Another great story by the great JaneyE. I'm always impressed by your world-building and vivid scenery descriptions. And it goes without saying the main course of red leather gloves and rubber gloves was very satisfying. Looking forward to the next installment!

Great Story JaneyE. Have you been to Spain? Only thing I would change is the POV character, he's unlikable.

Yeah, I don't like him very much either. But I hope you could enjoy the story in spite of that.
And don't worry. The next story has a different narrator, hopefully very likeable.

Re: Story triptych: La Mireia
As always, great job Janey. An interesting idea with a storytelling form, first was Olivier, then there will be Mireia or Valentina. Mirea's description at the conference reminded me of an old video on YT Could it be an inspiration?

Busted!
“I have stolen ideas from every book I have ever read. My principle in researching a novel is ‘Read like a butterfly, write like a bee’, and if this story contains any honey, it is entirely because of the quality of the nectar I found in the work of better writers.”
--Philip Pullman
And I also steal ideas from real life. Not apologising.
