There's an attractive Thai or Vietnamese girl who works the kitchen at a restaurant who I've noticed (they keep the kitchen door open all the time). I saw a lot of her in yellow marigold gloves - thinking of chatting her up but obviously not while she's working.

Any ideas?

That's a good idea! I also caught a glimpse of her hanging out on her own in a cafe I go to from time to time, may end up finding a good opportunity to chat her up there!
