now one last question. Would there be a trick with sizing to get them that tight? normally im a size 6 in surgical gloves.

Size 5.5 probably should do the trick, but I'm a visual guy, so not much hands-on experiece.

Size 5.0 I have seen around here and there from some brands I cannot remember by name.
They were then only made on order (around 2012).
