Totally Spies, I remember playing with my johnson while watching this as I found them soo hot in those suits.
I was around 12-13 by then.
Probably that's where my cartoon porn fantasy comes from.

By the way, there is an episode of Scooby Doo where they all wear hazmat suits (with gloves of course!), it's called "Scarebear".

I don't know many other cartoons with rubber gloves and I'm not a big fan of anime.

- In nimated X-Men series Jubilee is wearing long yellow gloves
- In Dexter's Laboratory Dexter's mom wears yellow household gloves,
- A few episodes of Ed Edd and Eddy contain Edd wearing shiny pink rubber gloves, sometimes combined with a gas mask.
= In one episode of Ben 10 Gwen is wearing a hazmat suit (with gloves) maybe you'll like it:
