Got gloves to trade? Looking for a specific pair? Know a good website that sells 'em? This is the place

What are your recommendations for latex medical gloves

I’m trying to find the best latex exam glove for the price and I’m not exactly all sure what to get. I know Amazon has a lot of choices, but what do you guys recommend? Also, does anyone know of a way to get surgical gloves in person instead of ordering them online?

I understand German discount supermarket chain Lidl has recently landed in the USA. They don't always have it in stock (rotating twice weekly adverts), but their Aquapur brand is modern yet has the rubbery vibe to it still. They sell in 3 sizes in boxes of a 100. About 5 bucks I guess.

Seems there are 2 dozen stores or so on the east coast in VA, NC, SC, GA.

++Search terms:
LatexHandschuhe
GummiHandschuhe (rubber)
Haushalt(s)Handschuhe
EinwegHandschuhe (disposable)
(last e is for plural; you might encounter plurals -en which means it's a grammatical 'case', i.e. mit LatexHandschuhEN)

They're in Miami too. Have been for at least two years.

I noticed the US Lidl website is different in style then the few Europeans I've visited (NL, Belgium, Germany).

Is the inside similar? I've been in the UK. Same exact floor plan. Eerie.

ansell Sensi touch from amazon.com

ansell encore

both great.

in person: maybe some medical company or labtech spot. or a pharmacy.

For small quantities of gloves: you can try emailed ansell and such, saying youre a student in health care and have to get gloves for a course but cant find anything under cases of like 20-60 when you really need like 10. they might charge you or send a sample.

If you're interested in brands to look into, then like Grims said, Ansell is a good place to start. They have probably the largest selection, since they control several brand names including Microflex, my personal favorite. Their Diamond Grip are my go-to latex gloves. Adenna isn't bad; my physician when I was a teenager used Adenna Gold. They were too thin for my taste, but I know some people love them thin. Aurelia makes quality exam gloves, although I've never tried any of their latex, just nitrile. KC/Halyard makes excellent nitrile gloves; not sure if they make latex ones. Cardinal Health is another brand I've heard good things about.

If you're looking for places to buy gloves, I'd recommend eBay. You can find good deals on cases and individual boxes from reliable distributors. Just make sure you read carefully and don't buy items that want exorbitant shipping costs. I've also bought exam gloves from medical supply sites such as SmartPractice, but you do have to sign up for an account and provide some personal information.

As far as in person purchasing of surgical gloves, if you are referring to proper sterile ones, you're going to be hard pressed to find those outside of maybe a specialty medical supply store.
