Have any of you seen something like this before?
I stumbled upon this while looking for rare colors of HHRG.
Thinking about getting a pair and putting it on my wall, they come framed under glass.
Aprox. $50-75+
I think it's pretty cool, and would give you a good excuse to have gloves hanging on the wall out in the open
If anyone asks why do you have gloves framed on the wall, you can simply reply "it's a work of art"
http://www.thetartgallery.com/gloves.html
Look under: for sale, series gloves, and custom gloves
They all have a certain theme to them too
They are not intended to be worn or used.
I would like to hear your thoughts! Are you tempted to buy?

What, like Snow White? They need to be fu...uh...I mean...kissed awake.glovedgamer wrote:they come framed under glass.
Some of them are really nice, especially the ones with booted girls on them. I would definitely not leave them in a glass case, though.

Re: Hand Painted Artistic Rubber Gloves
hahah exactly my thoughts as well. I'd be too tempted to play with them!
Fortunately they have it mentioned somewhere on the site that you can request for it not to be framed
I would however be afraid of them getting damaged or dusty and needing to be cleaned more often. I doubt you'd be able to wash them without ruining the painting Therefore I would probably keep it framed and only admire it as a piece of art. It definitely would make me smile to walk by and see it everyday

Re: Hand Painted Artistic Rubber Gloves
How about y'know...buy the art...then go on ebay or to a supermarket and buy 10x rubber gloves to compensate the fact you can't wear it?
Or a market stall...there's a market stall here that sells boxes of gloves. I can only glance before feeling too self-conscious and running off :P
