Any thoughts about leaving Twitter for another app like Threads or Bluesky?

Hi, I was just wondering if people here were thinking about leaving Twitter for one of the new social media apps, like Threads or Bluesky etc. I have started to feel that Twitter is getting more bloated and clunky, on Android and Windows, and was interested what others thought.

It’s tempting… I don’t use Twitter that much, but it’s becoming more and more of a cesspool. That said, I don’t trust Meta, and they’ve wrecked Instagram, so I’m not very inclined to join Threads. Maybe a little less social media is the best option?!

Yeah. I don't use facebook anymore and I get followed by at least 5 people a day, on Instagram, with a name including either Goddess or Mistress in them. Don't want to try Threads because of Meta, it's bad enough that they own WhatsApp, and Twitter is getting as bad as Instagram with dodgy DM requests' and followers with no posts. The only one I don't know anything about is Bluesky.

Isn't Mastodon still a thing? (I don't know, I don't (actively) use any of 'em.)
