It works for me. Are you sure you've clicked the middle option on the "Join Now" page? You can't change it anymore after that.

Well, you can change it, actually, just not through the dropdown menu. But look at the url of the CCBill signup page (you may have to click through from the GM main page). In the second half, there are two long sequences of zeroes and then a few numbers. If you're on the page for the 182 days membership, the sequence will look like this: 0000005782. Replace the 5782 with 0037 for the single month recurring option, or 1550 for the three monthts non-recurring option.
