it happened ... I asked this artist for a custom video, paid $ 65 and she didn't make me any videos.

Playing devil's advocate here, but shouldn't we all consider stop using ASMR YouTubers to indulge our fetish that hasn't anything to do with ASMR?
And I'm not only talking about custom made content, but mainly about driving ASMR 'artists' in specific directions through comments.

May I ask how did you pay? If you have paid through PayPal they do serve as an escrow of sorts. You may be able to get your money back through a dispute.

If you used cashapp, venmo or something else then you should definition contact customer support.

Don't be ashamed to stick up for yourself. It's always better to try than not try at all. As long as you have screenshots of correspondence then you stand a chance. It is not customer devices job to judge ... It is to help.

she didn't give explanations, i don't think she will post more videos with gloves ... maybe other users have been scammed but for less money ..

I paid with paypal, but when you pay by sending money as "friends or acquaintances" there is no way to get it back, I tried to open a dispute by saying that I paid by mistake, but paypall closed the practice as it was all regular and not giving my money back


also she has deleted the public posts where she offers custom videos. private correspondence has no legal value.

All Asmr artist are always kind with me and make a lot of custom videos, first time someone of them steals my money... I trusted her because it wasn't a recently opened channel and I was wrong.
