you just can't belive she is 50yo,and acts and sings like this - cant think of any other singer who can do this at these ages (nowdays or in the near future)

Odds are a lot of what you're hearing is prerecorded or digitally enhanced. I don't know if Lopez specifically does it, but even rock stars indulge in "tricking" their audience at times. The practices are so common now that it's rarely controversial when performers get caught:
