Any known proxies for PH?

I only saw one post in this subforum related to this matter and it was for a specific proxy for xtube back in 2013.
Have things changed in regards to streaming web proxies or is it still difficult to find a reliable one due mostly to bandwith issues?
Anyone can share some recommendation? It doesn't need to allow account login, as long as it can stream one video at a time I'm happy with that.

I recently discovered that the Opera browser has a built in VPN. I'm not quite sure yet how good it is, though. I haven't done enough research. It does seem to be rather slow.
