The producer is called ApplePie. From Japan.
Their prices are very low. Please consider purchasing their videos. Really small indie producer. 600 Yen is roughly $4.45/4.16 Euros in today's (as of the date of this post) market.
You'll need to be connected to a VPN server that has a server in Japan. The site is geolocked to Japan only.

Edit: My American credit card works to purchase (privacy.com). Not sure if European cards work. But my guess is probably it will work.

Thanks for the link!! Much preferred over paying resellers. There seems to be so many good Chinese and Japanese videos out there but I can't seem to find the original stores (which i would rather pay) and I really don't want to pay these scum.
