Not receiving a confirmation email?

When you register with us, you are told you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to activate your account.
Emails may take a couple of hours to arrive in your inbox.
However, there are occasions when this email doesn't arrive at all. We are aware of this problem and offer a workaround solution to get you fully registered.

If you tried to register for the WWGFA but never received your confirmation email to activate your account, please reply to this topic, stating the name you registered with.
Our staff will activate it for you as soon as possible!

Hello, here's lanelle.
Unfortunately I've managed to lose my password to wwgfa.info, also the e-mail account I've used to register on here is no longer active.
Would it be possible to reset my password and send that one to my new e-mail account?
If there's any additional proof you need that it's indeed me and not an impostor, just ask!
Proof: One of my earliest uploaded videos here is a German lady with blue nitrile gloves doing a HJ. that video has unfortunately been offline for quite a while now and I've sadly lost it as well (shame on me!)
